Best stay during my business trip in Japan! The room was spacious and well equipped, with a comfortable bed and a large TV. The breakfast was delicious and filling, offering both Japanese and Western options. The location was perfect, as it was close to the train station and various restaurants. the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel at home during my stay.
Nothing to dislike! The experience was fantastic from start to finish.

The hotel had a private onsen bath which was very relaxing. The room was spacious and had a Western-style lounge. The garden was beautiful and had stunning Autumn colours to it. The hotel reception paid for our taxi rides to and from the rail station, which was a great bonus.
There weren't any negative aspects of our stay. Everything was perfect from the location to the service to the food. We didn't want to leave! If you're looking for a peaceful and relaxing holiday with amazing service and amenities, then this hotel is definitely the place to be.

the private onsen bath, spacious room with Western-style lounge, and beautiful private garden were features that made my stay special. the breakfast and dinner were exceptional, and the staff's storytelling while explaining the food added to the experience. the service was excellent, and the hotel even paid for my taxi fares to and from the station.
The Wi-Fi connection could have been better.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The private onsen bath, spacious room, and beautiful private garden were all exceptional. The hotel paid for our taxi fares, making transportation very convenient. The breakfast and dinner were the best part, with the staff explaining each dish like storytelling. the hotel facilities, cleanliness, and staff all exceeded our expectations.

The luxurious amenities exceeded our expectations, especially at the Spa & wellness centre where we indulged in a Body scrub, Massage and relaxing treatment in the Steam room. We were impressed with the service, as the staff was attentive and helpful. the Garden area provided a tranquil environment for a quiet respite.
, We appreciated the Hot spring bath and the private facilities that were exclusively available in our room.
